The Public Library offers free exercise classes three days a week! On Tuesday nights at 5:30 p.m. you can slow things down with Mind and Body with Eastern Livity. This hour long class features Yoga, Pilates and Gyrokinesis as part of the workout at different times in the year. You can attend Zumba Fitness on Thursday nights from 5:30 until 6:30 p.m. in the Round Room. This Latin based dance exercise class combines fast paced music with a fun workout! Yoga is held each Thursday at 12:15 p.m. in the Round Room. This is a half hour, low impact class designed to get you moving on your lunch hour.
All of the classes are taught by licensed instructors and are free to attend.
